What resources do I have to manage fear of public speaking?


The fear of public speaking, aside from involving a physiological response that can interfere with performance, is conditioned by a series of negative thoughts related to being vulnerable in front of others and the possibility of being evaluated. In this workshop we will present two strategies to learn to manage these thoughts: deep breathing exercises and self-instruction exercises.
